Assamese cultural doyen Rupkonwar Jyotiprasad Agarwala’s death anniversary is being celebrated on 17th January as Shilpi Divas across the state. On 17th January, students of Udayachal participated in various events organized on the occasion of Shilpi Divas at Jyoti Chitraban, Kahilipara. While students Ayushman and Sandip participated in the art competition, the dance competition saw participation from Sandip, Bharat, Nupur, Debangkar, Jagdish, Rina, and Bompy who received the Second Prize. Moreover, a stall was set up by Udayachal where various items prepared by our children were on display. The children also got an opportunity to meet and interact with the Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal.
